It's Faith and she's captivating in this.

Faith was honestly not one of my favorite BtVS characters but this current story arc by Brian K. Vaughan has me so hooked on her every move. I want to know what she's thinking and what her next course of action will be.

Ultimately, the heart of the story is about loyalty and friendship vs. the power-mongering Lady Genevieve. Faith disguises herself as an aristocrat and pulls it off beautifully with her "kiss my a" attitude. She's so deep undercover that Genevieve feels the need to explain where Faith's (Hope's) hidden physical strength comes from and how there are other girls out there just like them. Genevieve wants Faith for her own army. Fans are left to wonder just how far Faith is in this role. When Buffy appears in the next issue, will they battle? If so, will Buffy know somehow that Faith is still on the side of good? Or perhaps, there's that chance, that the temptation is too strong and Faith will revert to her own resentment at not being The One True Slayer and always being second to Buffy.
