Buck starts dating a girl, who is currently struggling to care herself and her little brother, who reminds Buck of himself when he first meet Steve in WWII. Their parents were passengers on Flight 93, giving a kid a realist American theme sort of origin. A very cliche way, Buck's girl gets into a coma after getting, leaving the new Cap as the only one to look after her brother. Remembering how he became Bucky after catching Steve in a costume change, Buck decides to hang up the cowl for some time. Unfourantely, crime raises and Bucky is torn to be the hero his was destined to be, or risks his girl's brother's life in the same fate as his, or worst. I don't known if would continue or not, don't want to risk another Jason Todd story: Introduce a new sidekick only to have him killed as a lamb for the fans.

I don't ever look at what forum something is in...only the titles of the thread.You should have added a Y or said Captain America and put a picture of the new Cap in the OP.

If the Captain Bucky' era drags out long enough he should have a sidekick but there aren't a lot of "sidekicks" in comics these days (that I can think of), just "partners". Like Robin and Spoiler.
MVP would have been prefect, a kid who naturally developed the abilities of a super soldier through training techniques created by his great Grandfather the creator of the Super Soldier Serum.
