Who do you think is the most powerful character of all time? You choose who you think it is and why.

@godzilla07: Depends from Universe-to-Universe. If you take into consideration every single universe, ever...then my answer would be The One Above All. However there are many who consider DC's Presence to be on the same level. It is a matter of opinion actually.

There are a lot of characters who are omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscient. And TOAA is basically comic God and some consider him to be the writer himself/herself.

TOAA is the most powerful fictional character.... proceeded by Man of Miracles.

Although there are many claimed omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent beings in fiction, I judge by the power of the verse, and if that claimed character is worthy of those (omnipotence, omniscience, omnipresence.) Because some beings (like Presence) are said to be omnipotent, but their feats contradict that.

The only true omnipotent fictional characters are TOAA and MoM. But I would put TOAA the most powerful character only because Marvel>Image.
