When last Buckaroo Banzai saw John Whorfin, the Lectrodian dictator who possessed the human Dr. Emilia Lizardo, he was trying to flee Earth in a space craft. But before he could escape, Buckaroo was able to shoot Whorfin's craft down and Whorfin was presumed dead.
Now, years later and Banzai and the Hong Kong Cavaliers are informed that Whorfin may still be alive. And worse - may be combining forces with the Hanoi Xan, infamous boss of the World Crime League.
