    Published in the early sixties by Editormex Mexicana, this blackly horror coic series ran for many years. At first the publication was called 'Brujerias' which is Spanish for Witchcraft. The Mexican Public Education Department insisted that the publisher change the weekly's title because it promoted superstition.The comic then got named after the head witch in the stories called Hermelinda Linda, which stands for 'Pretty Hermelinda".
