    I was looking up heroes on the DC Database and I found out that he is Neutral and I was wondering why ? I also found out he had a relastionship with both Vixen and Gypsy : ) Lucky dude.

    Maybe the database should have said Antihero. Because he works off the grid, he's a govt. operative as well as a independent agent of Amanda Waller's. A member of the LOA and vigilante (Batman).
