Brit-Cit, 2114, and working the sleazy streets of the future metropolis is Shea, an undercover Judge with Brit-Cit Vice. She's investigating the Iceman, a perp with a dangerous rep, but to get close to him she is going to have to immerse herself deep in the city's seedy criminal underbelly.
