    Nice Concept, But Not Brilliant Yet 0

    The Story: A group of kids figure out how to invent superpowers.  My Thoughts:This is a creator owned series by Brian Michael Bendis and Mark Bagley who worked together on Ultimate Spider-Man. When I first heard about this series I knew I was going to pick it up.     Brilliant? Not yet. Exciting? Oh yes. 0

    When a guy who has taken the semester of university returns to the dorms, he gets involved in a project his friends have been working on: They’re inventing superpowers.The Good:The premise is very, very interesting. The fact that the book is not set in the regular Marvel universes makes it all the more exciting, because we have absolutely no idea what will happen.     Kind of a let down... 0

    Brilliant was a book I was really excited for but ultimatley was let down with... Good The book has the potential to be good and the basic idea is great. Mark Bagley's art is amazing here it's slightly different then usual which is pretty good it's still the same awesome Bagley art.  Amadeus is definitley not a hero which is great to see a book with no hero. It's also as realistic as a comic could be(with the exception of diologue). Also I like the back cover. BAD!!!! Bendis can't pull of sweari...
