Brik is introduce into the Green Lantern Corps in the third volume around issue Twenty. She is from a Rock Base humanoid. during the Star Sapphire storyline of the series Brik is part of a storyline with Two other rock people. In the end Hal chooses the one who stood up to him rather then the one who willing obeys his command.

Brik later tells Hal that she loves it. It seems the people on her planet hardly move during there lifetime. Brik wanted to be free and to do things and thanks Hal for giving her a ring and making such things possible. Brik would disappear after issue fifty but wouldn't be gone long.

During the Green Lantern Vs. Predator she is one of the old Green lanterns that go with Kyle in attempt to right a wrong mistake. She is pushed down the hole with most of the members but they are later rescued by Kyle. Brik appears again in Green lantern Corps as Guy comments about how good it is to see old teammates.
