    Brightest Day #20

    I love the Aqua-family, and was glad to see they got an entire issue to themselves. It's been a while since I've seen Lorena fight alongside Arthur, and Lorena & Jackson have an.... interesting dynamic. Mera and Arthur have been able to patch things up. But just at the happy moment it happened again! (I won't reveal what "it" is or how it ends) I really hope they explain what's happening soon. 
     
    Overall I really liked it, and recommend everyone pick it up if you haven't already!

      Aquawar comes to an end, concluding what has easily been the best of the Brightest Day series' storylines. Also, the Entity continues to be a jerk.  Quite possibly, this series just peaked with the action-packed finale of Aquawar, because this will be hard to top. The action is well done with a few big moments that play off in a great way. Mera's big moment is an especially great one as she shows just how powerful she is. From Hal Jordan to Barry Allen, from the Justice Society to the Teen Titans, he breathes new life to these characters, and it's becoming more and more evident with Arthur Curry fighting in this Aquawar.
