It´s so nice seeing almost a whole issue penciled by Ivan Reis, one of the best artists in the business, in my opinion, but unfortunally - if not for his beautiful and solid art - this issue was very weak and unninteresting in the writing department. Despite some nice dialogues between Aqualad and Aquaman, though most of them were just about frivollity and some cheap psychology, the whole invasion and retaliation of the people of the water against the surface people was boring and I couldn´t kee...

Issue 19 of Brightest Day.  The Story: The White Lantern entity gives Deadman the reason why they resurrected the 12 people.Also Aquaman is still a badass while fighting the Bermuda Triangle soldiers led by Mera.And Black Manta shows at the end and cut's off Aquaman's hand.  The Good: We get the reason why the people came back and I find it sound and it's pretty interesting.Aquaman is a badass and Aqualad shows his skill and resilience while fighting the soldiers.And the art is beautiful as alwa...

The Good: Reis art is very strong at the beginning of the issue, with a perfect set of layouts and faces of Deadman as he reacts to the shocking conclusion of the previous issue. A lot of people have been complaining about what the White Lantern said, but unlike what it said in #7, I feel like the timing was great here. This is right after it has taken direct action in one of the missions (besides Deadman, but he's different) and it was the first one of the 5 missions that it has stated was uniq...
