AHHHH so shiny!
Okay I tried to not get addicted to this series like I did with Blackest Night. I obviously failed curse you Blackest Night!!!! Anyway to start I dig how this comic starts, what I mean is that I like the tone it sets. Blackest Night had the tone of dark and well frankly a great sense of mystery and enchantment, this really isn't you know "bright" and cheery in fact a shop full of people are brutally slaughtered. Still to me it doesn't start with the same amount of bang as Blackest Night did (of course that's very hard to beat), but this still has a great story unfolding and I look forwards to it, an awesome comic and must have for GL fans, Hawkman fans, Martian Manhunter fans (who I will never call a whiney pin head ever again) and Aquaman fa....hahahaha sorry Aquaman lovers but I still hate him. Despite Aquaman it's nice to see dead heroes back in business and I'm looking forward to colelcting this series..........sigh curses. With that said this is a great comic 96/100
Art:
Pretty much the same as Blackest Night and if you hated that art well then there is something wrong with you. Seriously my friend who hates DC (I know stubborn isn't he) likes the art in Blackest Night.
Writing:
Geoff Johns....I've said enough.
Story:
Not as much of a bang but still is shaping out to be gggggggggggggrrrrrrrrreat.....curse you tony the tiger!
