    The 1/2 issue is a Hero Illustrated 1/2 Edition. Introduction by Malibu's Creative Director/Bravura #1/2 editor Tom Mason. 4-page preview of 'Breed by Jim Starlin. 3-page preview of Star Slammers by Walt Simonson. 4-page preview of Power & Glory by Howard Chaykin. 1-page looks at Dreadstar by Peter David & Ernie Colon and Edge by Steven Grant & Gil Kane. Front cover features 'Breed and Power & Glory. Back cover features Star Slammers and Edge.

    The issue # 0 was available only through mail order offer with redemption of stamps found in the first four to six issues of Edge, Power & Glory, Breed, Dreadstar, and Star Slammers. Those who sent in threshold amount of stamps received a copy of this issue signed by one of selected Bravura creators. Cover art & layout by Howard Chaykin, Ernie Colon, Gil Kane, Walter Simonson and Jim Starlin. Full color w/ B&W, 32 pages, slick paper stock.
