    This issue of 'Box Office Poison' follows each of the main characters over Christmas. None of the stories can really be considered "happy" in the mold of a traditional Christmas story. They are true to the cynical 90s, and the style of other BOP stories. So along with toys and presents you get, annoying relatives, loneliness, unemployment, homelessness, depression, divorce, eating disorders, suicide, arguments, dogs crapping in the house, cancer, and death... you know, not your typical Christmas...
