After a disastrous stint as the Host Club's manageress, she has become a regular customer and extreme fan of the Club's activities.
A student at Ouran Middle School, Shiro Takaoji approached the Host Club to help him please women although he secretly wanted to impress just one girl. However, he ended up stealing the hearts of the Host Club's customers.
