Father of Odin, Bor Burison was the second ruler of Asgard, son and successor of his father, Buri, the first King of Asgard. He led his people faithfully until his demise at the hands of a time traveling incarnation of Loki. He was recently resurrected and corrupted by Loki as part of a plot to get Thor exiled from Asgard forever. His plan was successful and Thor was exiled after he killed Bor without knowing who he was fighting with.
Why would it? One god's power passing on to another is in part a willful act. Odin was dead and Bor did not know of any grandchildren. Bor would rather let his power die with him then let it fall into the hands of an enemy.
When Bor Died, Why didnt his powers get passed down like the Odin-force did?
I'm guessing because Bor never actually made his powers into a force he only wield them if he made them into a force that his descendents could wield then yes it would be pass down
Maybe because the first time he wasn't actually "dead" and maybe because the second time he didn't know that Thor was alive and with Odin being dead his powers had nowhere to go?
