The story revolves around Boogie "el aceitoso" (roughly translated as "the oily"), the best hit man in the city, or at least he thinks so. When the biggest mafia boss in town hires Blackburn (another professional killer, who is starting to take jobs away from Boogie) to get rid of a key witness, Boogie finds out he decides to prove to everyone that he is still number one.
