When the King Varian Wrynn of Stormwind disappears, his longtime friend and advisor Highlord Bolvar Fordragon is crowned Regent of Stormwind. A stalwart warrior, Bolvar has now ascended into the new Lich King, keeping the forces of the scourge from destroying Azeroth.
