    No. He escaped the Sarlacc - twice. Then, around the age of 70, he learned that he had a disease that would kill him in a year - two years at most. Then he found a cure. He's still fighting as a 70 year old man.

    Probably. Unless he was put in hibernation or something. But he's alive by the Legacy novels (around 90 years before the comics)
