Bluestreak is by far the fastest Autobot.He is named specifically for his speed and can race pretty much any Decepticon and win.His is able to reach speeds,in his car form, can reach speeds of over three hundred miles per hour.Bluestreak has no other outstanding abilities except for superspeed, well like any other Autobot or Decepticon, he can still transform into a earth vehicle, in his case a Datson 280zx, which it itself is a really fast car,but when pumped up with Autobot technology makes it even faster.
