    Powered by the Blue Light of Hope, the Blue Lantern Corps has been tasked with bringing hope to a desperate Universe, to see it through the dark times that lie ahead. They are both the strongest and weakest of the Lantern Corps. The Corps are lead by Saint Walker. As of now, the Blue Lantern Corps has been eradicated and their leader, Saint Walker, has lost hope, rendering the Corps useless.

    It can do great things such as: 
    Revive dying Suns 
    Heal Others  
    And instill hope in the Universe. 
     
    Not quite sure though it would be considered the most powerful of all the rings.

    The ring that has done the most impressive feats and has even been able to nullify the power of most of the other rings is the White Power Ring.

    The Blue Ring of Hope can also be used to go into a persons psyche and make their largest hope become a reality for them. This can be used in many ways and if you want to see it in action, check out New Guardians #4. AND...any time a Green Lantern is in a certain range of a Blue Lantern, the GL's power levels increase and the closer they get, the higher the power level. But, if a GL were to get too close to the BL central power battery, it could overload their ring and make it explode.
