    Who let the dogs out?

As the story of this ongoing series starts to develop, the thrill and excitment grow, as we see new characters, connected to crime, sex and drugs, and the previous ones of last issue showing new faces, proving that no one can be trusted in this fantastic story about revenge, mob leaders, decaying Hollywood, money laundry and all that fine stuff - my only complain about this series is the fact that there´s more than one artist, though they have similiar styles, I don´t like the transition of the art, I would prefer if it was just a regular penciler, but the colors and the art are awesome, very noir, a high level of urban scenario, clothes, great visuals, the whole crime, murder and strippers all bottled in one single comic, it´s entertaining and mature - the main character, Rachel, is turning out to be one of the most despicable of all of them, I´m not sure if she can be trusted, in fact, I think she´s playing some dangerous games here that maybe will cost her life - this is a great thriller-police genre story, highly recommended!

Cover:   Once again, pretty true to the interior content and pretty clever.  The Good:     The colors are pretty freaking awesome with the limited art that there is.  What I do like is the continuous grittiness and realism of the tale; it doesn't hold back at all.  If this was a movie, it would definitely be rated R.  At least I would hope so seeing as the content within is very adult oriented.  In this case, however, the bluntness of the material really help what would otherwise be a lacklust...
