Fillipso!
There's a reason I read story arcs instead of consecutive issues. And this is it. I don't like filler. And mainstream comics always have it in between story arcs.
All we've got so far is the introduction of a new character into the main story. So we did gain something, unlike the last issue.
Some DC villain by the name of Eclipso shows up in town and tries to switch bodies with a newly born baby gifted with pure magic. Traci 13 gets Blue Beetle's help to take the body-snatching villain down.
Other than Traci entering the story, nothing important happened. I would have rated this lower if it wasn't for the funny dialogue.
