Origin

The current costume used by Donny Gill has been upgraded by the supervillains Beetle and the Fixer and allows for even greater manipulation of cold, as Gill can encase people in snow and ice, create an ice barricade, or generate "ice sleds" for transport. Without his power suit The Blizzard has no superhuman powers.

In other media

Donnie Gill appears in the episode of "Iron Man: Armored Adventures" as Blizzard. One side of his face is disformed thanks to Obadiah Stane. He wears a suit a bit like Iron Man's that allows him to freeze things. Iron Man and Gill team up to get gadgets so that Gill can get his revenge on Stane, but it turns out that he wants the gadgets to build a weapon. At the end of the episode "Cold War" he is cryogenically frozen.

In "Best Served Cold" Stane unfreezes him and forces him to find a cure for his daughter Whitney by planting a bomb on his armor. Blizzard manages to break free however, and has his revenge on Stane. Blizzard is then defeated by Iron Man.

He appears as one of the villains escaping during the Breakout in Avengers; Earth's mightiest heroes.
