    First appeared in The Beezer and Topper in 1990, and the nephew of long-running character Colonel Blink. The comic strip Blinky later moved to The Dandy. Originally drawn to closely resemble his uncle, in his new home Blinky adopted a new look, noticably different from his original one.

    Not to be confused with another D.C. Thomson character who is a Numskull also called Blinky
