Blade is half human and half vampire, thus possessing all the strengths but none of the weaknesses of a traditional vampire. He has dedicated his life to destroying the occult world of vampires and all who associate with them.

They send out there most powerful assasins to deal with the problem. They soon enlist on the help of Blade himself, (Blade having the rare ability to smell supernatural entities makes him a great force to be recon with) but blade being suspicious of this organization declines Sevens efforts and they decide Blade will need some cooling down (assassination.) Blade is in way over his head, knowing he needs help he calls upon the spirit of Whister. Blade being a supernatural creature himself is more intertwined with the supernatural spectrum and the dead realm. Whister reminds Blade of his teachings and tells Blade about each layer of the world and distroying one layer will allow the other layer to advance. Wistler tells Blade to take a spiritual journey, but it will be dangerous to his rational mind and he could risk going insane or falling into a endless comer. Blade knowing the risks decides to meditates and it takes him to a cave showing the many layers of the world and the creatures that resound in them. Blade sees that on earth humans and vampires are eternally linked and they live coincided together. Blade comes back to reality with the help of Whister and his new found knowledge. Knowing that they could not of been destroyed he hopes to look for the most ancient vampire clan of them all. However he is met by the head executive of seven and their assassins. Losing to blade they agree to allow Blade to meet with one of their clients (the first and most powerful vampire clan of all.) All the members of the clan are aware of actions that transpired and they are also aware that is was Blade that killed their founder (Drake), but knowing the risks and the threats they opt to help blade. Armed with an army of vampires, assassins and a group of vampire hunters (all with Sevens weaponry and technology,) blade goes into the most epic battle on the face of this earth. They travel into a cave entrance that will lead them deeper into the earth and the realm of the tryke empire. they get to a huge door which has been sealed, they open it and proceed. they find their way into a huge hall with a countless view of tryke warriors. they go led by Blade and they take on wave after wave of trykes and finally they reach the queen. Blade and the guards exchange blows, hand to hand, but with blades martial arts training he just barley comes over victories. then he faces the queen, but to his surprise she offers to make Blade her king. knowing she has a sinister plan he attacks her. She defends with her bat-like wings, he grabs his fateful sword and stabs her in the heart however she quickly recovers. Knowing that she is impervious to the normal vampire weapons he stalls her, then he grabs a weapon from one of her dead guards and chops her head off. The rest of the trykes, having seen what has happened, start to retreat back into the darkness. With the mission over they travel home. The last scene of the movie ends with blade in one of the realms of hell with him on top a huge pyramid type of shrine fighting an army of demons (single-handed) with dragon type demons flying over head. the camera view slowly goes up to reveal the blade is in the middle of a dark city full of these creatures."

Well films are very different to T.V shows. The Production quality is usually lower and the fan base is also lower depending on the channel. The Blade series was bad through and through... the guy who played blade couldn’t fight to save is mommas life and he just tried too hard to sound and act like Wesley Snipes. Oh well bad writing and bad casting kind of go hand in hand when it comes to blade.

I disagree I liked the show and though Kirk 'Sticky' Jones (Blade) was very good. I wouldn't class it as a 4th film as BlackPanther said Lower production quality etc. I watched this which forced m,e to get the Trilogy
"i want dracula back... and redeemed..."To that I agree.
But personally if I couldn't just re-boot everything I'd start like this.
As BlackPanther said, it would be interesting to pick up right at the end of the third film. Blade is paranoid and wondering if the virus worked and seemingly it did. After all Vampires all over start falling dead. However suddenly among those dead bodies there are a select few that don't die.
So of these vampires are completely and utterly ignorant as to why the virus seemingly doesn't effect them, but some of the elders, those old enough to well and truly remember, they know why they don't die and those are the ones that first dance on Drake's grave, but then go in search of a second tomb, this one very different from the one in which Drake made his resting place.
This tomb, once it was madness to enter. After all the most powerful of Drake's bloodline protected it with their very lives. However now the tomb's guards lay dead with the rest of Drake's vampires and just like that we realize that Drake isn't the founder of all vampire kind, but rather most "modern" vampires.
What lies in this tomb however isn't very modern and it doesn't share much genetically in common with Drake, with the exception of a single woman. For you see Drake wasn't exactly the first of his kind. Instead he was the most savvy and most prepared of his four siblings. In the end Drake won out, not because he was the strongest, but rather because he devised a way to be rid of the competition. And marshal most of their followers to his cause.
Now with Drake dead, indeed with every vampire of Drake's line dead, those hailing from different blood have finally discovered the final resting place of their forefathers and well what's to stop them from unleashing something on the world that hasn't been seen in millennia?
My thought was that there are few vampires. But those old enough find and open the tomb containing Drake's siblings. There would be one slight and frail looking woman with almost ash blonde hair and bright blue eyes and skin so pale that it would seem almost translucent.
There would be a exotic looking woman with dark hair and a more athletic build and dark-dark-dark eyes and a smile that isn't even the slightest bit human. Think a shark's smile, but make the teeth needle fine and a jaw that bulges to fit those teeth. Oh, she's capable of looking human, but well and truly she doesn't even try and it amuses her that even the modern vampires that find her are a bit off put by her appearance.
Last but not least, the last of the three is indeed a brother. Lean and slight, he seems everything that Drake wasn't. However his eyes are a slate gray and they almost seem to flush and swirl. The last brother is what we expected of Drake when we heard the name Dracula thrown around. He seems beautiful in a way that a man shouldn't and he's exactly what you expect of male seduction, but the kicker is that he's strong. Easily Drake strong and without the muscle and aggression, instead there is something cold about him, something icy and dark and between the three, he's the only one that speaks. And when he does speak he speak for all of them as if he knows what the other two are thinking. And that's because he does.
No, he isn't a telepath. His ability is something akin to becoming mist or intangible or blending with shadows, and no, his sister with the teeth is a legitimate shapeshifter. Or rather she's close. Think of her as more of a feral, except instead of regeneration hers is sort of a rotting and reverse rotting thing that she does. Her finger bones are actually her claws and well she fights like an animal, only you can see muscle or perhaps bone sticking out when she shifts. Think of the Grim Reaper only with flesh on the bone and then there is little miss-sunshine. She's the telepath, and her mental abilities are all those niffty things that vampires are rumored to be capable of.
Now out of the tomb, the triplets are ready to start empire building and guess whose job it is to stop them before they start to legitimately replinish vamp number all around the world and devour the remnaints of the world their brother had cultivated in their absence.
Picture Blade meeting just one of this triumptive and getting beaten within an inch of his life. Getting saved by his fellow hunters; Blade, still pretty arrogant after all he's accomplished despite his butt kicking, besides he's got something to prove to The Nightstaklers and he tries again, only to get destroyed by a different member of the three, while the last, the telepath tries to turn him into a pet.
And when the rescue party arrives; they literally have to fight Blade in order to save him again. One or more of the newbie hunters dies and one or more of them by Blade's hand. This snaps Blade out of his forced subservience; but in the end he has to retreat in order to pull together a new team and come up with a way for actually defeating these new vampries and the minions they've started creating with a simple sink of fangs into undead or living flesh.
Enter hunter teams from all over the country; lead by the Nightstalkers and so in the end Blade has an army at his back, but this time he's looking at things realistically and not even sure all of it will be enough to get the job done. But being Blade, he's not going to give up and he just might die getting the deed done. Especially with a life already on his hands.

Still at the same time I have to say that I don't think Blade needs villains; at least not the way that Spidey or Batman or even a lot of other superheroes do. Blade's The Daywalker, and a vampire hunter, he has a whole race of creatures simply out to get him. You really don't need specific villians, just someone or something to stand at the head of the enemy mob and draw Blade deeper into the plot.
I think that's why Frost was such a great foil to Blade in the first movie. Quite literally Frost was everything that Blade wasn't and while that might have seemed annoying to Blade, it drew the watcher deeper into his story and likewise the movie's plot.

Blade's The Daywalker, and a vampire hunter, he has a whole race of creatures simply out to get him. You really don't need specific villians, just someone or something to stand at the head of the enemy mob and draw Blade deeper into the plot."I think that's why Frost was such a great foil to Blade in the first movie. Quite literally Frost was everything that Blade wasn't and while that might have seemed annoying to Blade, it drew the watcher deeper into his story and likewise the movie's plot.

They need to restart/re-boot the Franchise.
