Blade Runner

In the future, the Tyrell corporation is the leading manufacturer of androids almost completely indistinguishable from normal humans. These "replicants" are used for dangerous jobs and leisure work on colonies and bases away from Earth. Although these androids have a lifespan of four years, it occasionally becomes necessary to "retire" or terminate them should they return to Earth (where they are illegal) or cause a disturbance. The members of the police force designated to do this, are blade runners.  
Deckard is weary of his blade runner work, but agrees to track down three renegade replicants, Roy Batty, Pris, and Zhora. Along the way, Deckard copes with his strong feelings for Tyrell's assistant Rachel, and the need to assert his own humanity.
