I shouldn't be surprised at how good Blackest Night: Flash was. After all, it was written by Geoff Johns who has a knack for writing the Flash Family, Rogues, and all things Blackest Night. If anything, I should be surprised that it came out on time. Okay, that's a cheap shot at Flash: Rebirth, but that's well-deserved.       As always, the storyline splits between The Rogues and Flashes. How it should be done 0

Blackest Night Tie-ins have been a little lacking in some areas Some ended really weird while started off strong and the other way around. What was completely different about this tie-in series is that it was written by the guy who's in charge of the event, Geoff Johns. This is what the other tie-ins tried to be.  They lacked that Geoff Johns spark of continuity and overall storytelling. The issue starts with the Son of Captain Boomerang luring some guy (sorry I haven't caught up on my Flash cha...
