    In this issue, The Black Terror has bitten off more than he can chew on his quest to find out the ultimate fate of his sidekick, Tim. On this quest, he's run right into "The Patriots" and the battle leaves the Terror shaken, but at the end of it, he comes face-to-face with President West!

    There are nearly twenty Golden Age heroes in this book.  You would think that it would be dull dealing with such a large cast but that couldn't be father from the truth.  This book and series is one of the greatest I have ever read.  I can not wait for the next issue and of course the art is supreme.  These Project Superpowers stories makes me want to read all those Golden Age books.  if only I could find/afford them.  The Black Terror is a perfect hero.  Confident and conflicted.  Passionate...
