Black Talon derives his power from the mystic Voodoo arts. He can raise zombies and control them at will.
Black Talon first appeared on the scene by fighting Brother Voodoo. He has been a member of the Lethal Legion. His other most significant event was reviving Wonder Man as a zombie at the request of the Grim Reaper. Ironically he would later team with Nekra and raise Grim Reaper as a zombie as well.There have been two men who adopted the mantle of the Black Talon. The first was killed by his own cultists.
He has recently been in the Marvel Zombies 4 as a cocaine dealer with zobies working for him. He holds the Zombie Simon Garth and the head of the zombie Deadpool in a dungeon after discovering the mystic necklace worn by Garth. He thens offers to sell it to the Hood. He is later under attack by the zombie cloud and has no choice but to team up with Jennifer Kale and combine her magic and his to trap the zombie cloud and trap it into Simon Garth's body.
