to read i'm interested in learning more about bp so if you could list some tradepaperback it would be easier to follow.  
what about Doomwar is that a series worth checking out ?

Doomwar is pretty good. It is interesting to see Doom confront the X-Men, Black Panther, the Fantastic Four and Deadpool.  Nevertheless, we see Doom getting a lot of important stuff from Wakanda.

The Skrull storyline by Jason Aaron, Jack Kirby's Black Panther is pretty good, some of the stuff by Don McGregor and probably the stuff by Christopher Priest
