Obviously they have more to do with the black hand, but if they draw power for the Anti_monitor then it could be possible that they are from the Antimatter universe and in part belong to the old black Lanterns.

From the teaser, it looks like dark grey light.

with the older black lanterns it was a black light, i think it will be close to the same thing.
