how do his screams travel via what i know hes dead but couldnt someone like say elixir destroy his vocal cords and destroy his scream powers also if his screams travel on air/ wind like sound can they be canceled by someone with wind manipulation or oxygen manipulation

vulcan could maybe stand up to him for awhile he could at least stop the voice being a problem would just get pumelled by him instead lol short of reality warpers iam strugling here lol
Sentry, Thor, Blue Marvel, MiracleMan and WWH even thought it wasn't much of a fight and since we dont know whether it was a skrull or not during the WWH event however we do know that WWH beat Sentry who wasnt a skrull. And I would also say Gladiator if he was up for it and fully motivated.

He meditates over 16 hours a day making his mind a fortress since his arch villain and brother and Maximus uses them to try and get over the throne. The main reason is so he has complete control over his mind and body so that he never makes a peep and his mind is a fortress
it would take molecular or energy manipulator of a a very powerful degree to cut of his voice because once its released even fewer can take it.
physically he is not a top tier character. extremely powerful by human and some metahuman standars but doc samson is stronger than black bolt (not to knock samson, one of my favorite characters). his master blow is the only attack worth noticing.

the hulk can beat him, thor maybee, it would be a good match to see, this sentry guy i keep hearing about probably can, i would also like to see him face off against the silver surfer. adam warlock would be a good match, as would gladiator, wonder-man and ironman would be outclassed, ice-man would kill him( omega level mutant), phoenix would be no contest, beta ray bill could do it,

i believe black bolt is the most powerful of both universe if anyone doubt it just send the entire DC, Marvel to against him there is anything in both universe that can physically resist a word from his mouth.

Um...no. See...that man is not Black Bolt. That man is the Skrull impostor known as SkrullBolt, a Super-Skrull who wields the combined might of The Illuminati, however his superiority/God complex makes him cocky and...well...weak, because he thinks that he doesn't need to use his full power to defeat an opponent. If you want the full story then read Secret Invasion: Inhumans, it's actually really good.

Right. The real one was being held aboard a cloaked vessel where he was tortured by a mad Skrull scientist and a female Super-Skrull wielding the combined might of Jean Grey and Emma Frost while SkrullBolt #$%&ed Medusa and pretended to be The Inhumans' beloved king.

In New Avengers #40, it is revealed that while The Illuminati were trapped on Skrullos, the Science Priest known as Dro'gee managed to do tons of experiments and learned everything there is to know about Human, Mutant, Inhuman, etc. DNA (even stuff that we ourselves didn't know) and managed to create an entirely new Super-Skrull program which gives the Skrull volunteers any powers they want so long as there is a sample of the hero/villain-in-questions DNA or replicas of certain energy sources (The Phoenix Force, The Uni-Power of Captain Universe, Chaos Magic, etc.), technology (like Doc Ock's arms or Iron Man's armor) and artifacts (Mjolnir, The Ebony Blade, etc.)
With Dro'gee's tech and all of the samples that had been collected over the years, Queen Veranke and Dro'gee constructed an army of Super-Skrulls with all types of powers such as SkrullBolt (who wields the combined might of Black Bolt, Dr. Strange, Iron Man, Professor X, Mr. Fantastic and Namor) and the Emma-Jean Super-Skrull who also had a sample of Medusa's DNA in her so that she could use her hair power to keep Ahura (Black Bolt and Medusa's son) from freaking out while they forced him to watch his Father get tortured.
Anyways, concerning SkrullBolt's power levels, he should be even more powerful than the real Black Bolt due to his added powers and abilities but because he was undercover when he fought WWH he had to hold back or else he would have been exposed as an impostor.

I absolutely loved that What If? The way the annihilation of The Skrulls as both a species and an empire was handled at the end of that issue was perfect.
Hmm...well, I think it is time for me to choose some people who I think could not only beat Black Bolt...but kill him as well.
Lord Mar-Vell The Godkiller Super-Skrull "Venom-Aizen" The Void SkrullBolt (as long as he does not hold anything back) Amatsu-Mikaboshi Mugetsu Shuma-Gorath
Hulk (did beat him skrull bolt is an alternate theory), sentry, Thor (did beat him), namor, pheonix, reed, ghost rider, juggernaut (maybe), dormamu, thanos, Dr strange (at full magic), red hulk, silver surfer, Odin, galactus, gladiator and storm could actually mess with the black bolts powers so in theory she maybe could. But as we all know these guys I mentioned are capable of beating the black bolt and vice verse, the can all beat each other. These are all top of the pile characters
