The Scream

Black Bolt's scream is impressive without a doubt, however is it possible that his scream gets downplayed? I think he could've taken down Hulk in WWH without effort because in his first appearance where he scream (notably, he's barely even trying) he destroyed a/the Negative Zone. If his scream is able to accomplish such an unbelievable feet, couldn't it be said that his scream should've allowed him to annihilate the Hulk or better yet, perhaps even destroy a wall of adamantium?

I think your right about the inconstant part. In House of M he destroyed Apoc with a scream, yet in the normal Marvel U he hit Apoc with a scream, along with Cyclops eye beams and it got shrugged off.

In the 616 Apocalypse took Black Bolts scream and Cyclops' eye blast at the same time and laughed em off. Maybe that was bad writing though.

I assume maybe Black Bolt held back.Its not always clear on what Black Bolt capable of doing or his limits. Warning cosmic beings,KO 's the Hulk on couple occasion ,beating Gladiator. Its stated by other marvel heros that Black Bolt is one the most powerful beings in the marvel universe.On the flip side his mind has been taken over a couple times to where seems feeble.

hokay so i have a question regarding his scream.
it only takes a whisper right to level a mountain, so what would happen if he screamed as loud as he possibly could?

His Sonic Scream is tied to his emotions, but either way he has the potential to level cities with a whisper and damage half a planet with just by saying a single word. This power is still active in his sleep. How scary is THAT?! can't even sleep without the pressure!
