Since hes power is focused around his vocal chords could a powerful  psychic use there abilty to affectlively mute blackbolt  but shutting down the speach center of his brain, or could someone like emma frost using her psychic surgery skills even completly remove his abilties in a fight ?

I seriously doubt that even Emma Frost could concentrate enough to perform psychic surgery while in a fight.  You also have to remember that Black Bolt is an Inhuman, so he doesn't have the same genetic restrictions as a mutant.   
 
But why put this in the Editing & Tools forum?  This is a question about a character, not how to use the site.

yeah i didnt know how to post properly lol , but thats only half the question can his voice be shut down using an atatck on the speach center of the brain ?, i thought that would be a bit of a stretch for emma anyways unless there was more than one psychic attacking him at once

I would imagine as the King of The Inhumans and a highly-respected warrior in his own right, Blackagar Boltagon has extremely-powerful psychic defenses for such a thing, and as xerox-kitty said, Inhumans have a completely different genetic structure. It would also take someone verse in Inhuman biology to be able to strike like that.
 
Basically, Emma or whichever mind-person you throw against Black Bolt would stand a better chance blasting him with something desperate like a psychic shock-wave rather than intricate like brain-surgery. Good question, though.

name all the characters you think could defeat black bolt,no restrictions,black bolt going all out with everything his voice etc...and the fighting characters going all out...who do think could beat him....

Here's the thing Black Bolt's power's can indeed be shut down by shutting down his speech center the problem is he has undergone extreme training to defend against psychic linkage and attacks. It would take extremely immense power to achieve this attack. I'm talking a hundred cuckoo's all using cerebros and being possessed by the phoenix force. Charles Xavier stated in one of their first encounters that his mind was heavily sewn with defenses against the psychic world. The attack would also have to take place within a split second because he could easily use an electric field to block out psychic energy. Remember his main power isn't his voice it's actually his electron manipulation.

• Particle & Electron Manipulation: Black Bolt can also direct the unknown particle outwards without the use of his vocal chords. He can route the particles through is arms and create small yet very powerful blasts of concussive force. He can also form a field of highly active electrons around his body with a wave of his hand. This field can deflect projectiles up to the mass of a large meteor. Black Bolt can also create enough iteration between the electron and particle energies to generate fields solid enough for him to travel over.

cheers for the info guys , yeah since ive been updated on blackbolt ,now i understand that why it is technicaly possible to do it if theree was enough pyshic power going at him but  i think its very unlikily, As for having someone to know his anatomy all you would need is someone to get elixir close enough and to touch him easier said than done i know lol.
