This was the stand off I thought we were going to get last issue between The Joker and Barbara Gordon. Of course it went down the way it was supposed to, with Barabara exploiting his vanity to draw him in close so she could fight him, and take his smile from him. The showdown between the birds and the Syndicate was also well worth the purchase. As it turned out this issue did not end up being the finale I thought it was going to be. So next issue we get even more of this very exciting storyline.
