    Kind of run of the mill except when it is not 0

    This issue is the conclusion to the short story arc in which the Birds of Prey have to stop the Joker from unleashing nuclear weapons on New York City.  The action is fairly straight forward with some twists here and there - for a period Power Girl is seemingly alone in the attempt to stop the madman.  The action and plot is decently paced and the characterizations are pretty well handled, in that Power Girl is the only one able to stop the actual missiles because she is a quite powerful superhe...
