Saving Everyone, One Person at a Time

The Birds of Prey are having trouble remembering things. Now that they kinda have an idea of what is going on, they are heading after Choke, and saving everyone he may have planted chips in.

    THE GOOD:
The art in this issue is really good. The lines are very well defined and the characters have lots of emotion. He also adds a lot of details in the backgrounds the gives you the feeling that this world is realer. The story is also a fairly good in this issue. I really liked how instead of just going after the bad guy, they start trying to save people that are being used. I also really liked seeing the end of this issue and realizing that the Birds have a plan and I really hope that it works for them and all of the other characters that hand in the balance.

    THE BAD:
I really didn't like how the ending of last issue was totally just played off. I also didn't think that we had tons of character interactive. I feel that only a few character did anything and the rest just kinda did what they were told. We also don't get any hint as to what these character have done in the past like the previous issue, so I was kinda disappointed.

    THE VERDICT: 4/5 (Great)
This series has done a great job at showcasing a weird villain and introducing you to amazing character all in six issues. I really like the direction this series is going and I hope that it continues that way for some time. I think that anyone who really likes Gotham and wants to see some chicks kicking ass, this is what they should be reading. It's good and very enjoyable.

I'm once again conflicted on my feelings about the cover. On one hand, we've finally got David Finch's generic sexualized covers gone, but on the other hand there's still only 3 randomly picked characters on the cover, and it's just about one of those 'standard action' covers. You know what? I like it plenty at a glance, and the balance is actually fairly nice. I'll give this one a minor win.I'm conflicted on how I feel on the beginning of this issue. On one hand, the different style of the open...
