Billy Whizz is the fastest boy in the world. He does everything at whizzspeed. Running most often, but this applies to any activity, such as reading and even healing from injuries. He can run so fast that he can actually avoid sinking in the sea, allowing him to cross continents and be back home in time for tea!
His supporting cast are his Mum, Dad, and little brother Alfie, who are all normal, and his cousin Billie, who shares all of his abilities.
Despite the fact that this sounds like a superhero, he's actually a humour character in British long running comic The Beano. He originally lived in Whizztown, but now lives in Beanotown like most of the comic's cast.
