    Is there a loop hole where DC could still use the Captain Marvel name just by changing the spelling? I know they can use his name within the comics, just not advertise with it or put it on the front cover. A simple spelling change may solve that though.

    I think they should stick with Shazam especially with the Captain Marvel movie coming out it would reduce brand confusion.
