He seamed equaled, all most out matched by Kubik in the Fantastic Four #319.

I don't think anything that happened in Secret Wars II should count since that was the retcon and he turned out to be a cosmic cube.

And in his bio it says all his feats turned out to be his imagination. Meaning they never actually happened.

His concept was the most powerful being but in #319 of the FF i think thats when he came to reality and Kubik and the Shaper of worlds placed him in a cube.

This is why it says "was", I assume. How powerful WAS he, pre-retcon? The answer is near-TOAA powerful. I would put his original powers past the Infinity Gems.

His power is such that it has been called unlimitted, beyond human's possibility to imagine, literally unimaginible even for mega powerfull super beings like Molecule Man or Galactus. 
 
He has withstood galaxy ripping blasts from furied Molecule Man without any injuries, incredibly powerfull blasts from Phoenix etc..
 
His healing is so unbilievible that faaar surpases that of Jugg (which heals from every injuries, regains every lost atom of body in sec..).
 
He was able to do anything...He could manipulate matter and energy on so amazingly high level that even Eternity and Living Tribunal were afraid of his colossal possibilities.

Beyonder can alter the reality, matter and he does have the control the space, time, death in multiples dimensions.
He is equal or more powerful than LT. Only he can decide to die like he did really wanting to be a human being.

Wasn't it stated his original incarnation wasn't as powerful as the Celestials? I know he apparently handled them pretty well in that fight but didn't someone state later they were only testing him?

Powerful enough to make a Big Mac bigger that makes you slimmer when you eat more of it. Powerful enough to make a vegetarian salad made out entirely of beef and pork. Powerful enough to brew the most potent beer ever that gives you the opposite of a hang over, a hang under. He put the Be in the Beyonder and the Ram in the rama lama ding dong. (or maybe that was Jaspers, but if it was Jaspers, then Beyonder could take out the Ram from the rama lama ding dong)

Even Bacteria & Viruses...Inanimate objects...Atoms and any substance in existence bows to the Beyonder.

Just by Beyonder thinking to much....Suns Implode..Worlds Collide...Parallel Dimensions Collapse

Beyonder has the Living Universe begging him to not kill Multi-Death

He does anyway.

Death is ERASED across The Entire Multiverse


Beyonder recreates Death

Beyonder is Millions of Times More Powerful than ALL the Rest of the Multiverse Combined.

 
Beyonder explores the Entire Multiverse...while sitting in his hotel suit.


Beyonder gives the Multiverse 24 hours of time before he will erase it.
Isn't that cool to be able to say I give existence 24 hours...and mean it.



 
 
Beyonder was going to transform all the New Mutants into Universes...they refused his offer.

So he erases them all...look at Rachel Summers(Phoenix Avatar)praying to the TOAA or "GOD".....lol.




 
Beyonder causes destruction across the Entire Multiverse.

Molecule Man  blasted Beyonder with a shot which could have,

"Slagged several Billion ENTIRE Dimensions (Universes)"

He's a God from outer Marvel Universe, like Presence and Man of Miracles, he's as Shooter described him : God before Genesis, if that doesn't make him TOAA, it makes him equal to him.

Probably THE most powerful character ever created in comics, hands down. At least in his Pre-Retcon incarnation.
