    This show didn't compare to Young Justice at all. I fully expected it to be cancelled. About the story about these cartoons being cancelled because they don't sell toys- do the so-called 'comedy' shows which are really just agonizing idiocy which the networks fill their schedules with actually sell more toys than these? If they did, I would be quite surprised. Or is this a double-standard- "Oh, if it's an action show, it better sell toys" I used to hold Cartoon Network in high regard back when Toonami first came out and they were showing DragonBall Z and Justice League and all this good stuff, while Disney and Nick were only airing stuff like Spongebob and so-called comedy aimed at tweens, and I regarded them as filth. Now Nick apparently has a really good TMNT cartoon ,though I've never seen it, and Disney is doing three Marvel shows, which in my opinion are a lot better than Beware the Batman, and at least one Star Wars one, and at the same time, CN is cancelling all their quality programming and degrading into a puddle of muck.

    Well that sucks. I liked the show. At least both GL and YJ got to finish their arcs. Still want a Thundercats animated movie to finish up that story. I really liked the reboot. CN is seriously dropping the ball with their shows.

    Well the shows animation style had a shocking similarity to old video games on the playstation 2. I didn't really like the shows writing either, also, who actually watched it every friggen week.

    You know what show I think will take it's place... None!! Why because with that show gone instead of substituting it for the 2-show program with TTGo! they're just gonna pull DC Nation off the air altogether.

    Come one it's excepted, of course that's what they'll do, It's Time Warner for crying out loud.

    First time DC made the right choice when it came to canceling a show.

    @master_thief said:

    @jonny_anonymous: because they hope the kids buy the toys and when the toys stop being bought they cancel the shows

    green lantern and young justice were victims of this because females were viewing the shows and C.N believes females don't buy toys

    That is the worst business model I have ever heard

    Why? It works lol.

    • People, YG and GL: TAS weren't cancelled to make way for this.
    • The article says they've released their 2014-2015 plans and Teen Titans Go! is the only DC show. So yeah, stop getting your hopes up about a new show sometime soon.

    You know what also sucks about this. I read a couple websites that were talking about how lucky they were because they has the first appearance of people like mockingbird. They thought they would make money because the show was going to be "successful", sorry to break the ice, but it did not go to well as usual the only thing cn keeps is clay google eyed figures in the superhero shorts.

    DC's problem on Cartoon Network is that the CGI art is AWFUL and they are making their cartoons too kiddy. Batman the Animated Series and Superman the Animated series were both pretty serious, and werent dumbed down for little kids. Batman even contained a good deal of content that could be considered disturbing for younger audiences. Going forward, this is what DC needs to do again.

    This show wasn't kiddy, though. You're thinking of Teen Titans Go!

    This show was terrible. I cannot believe they cancelled YJ for this, only to get cancelled. Superhero Animated TV series in this generation will never be as good as it used to be

    I think Cartoon Network is moving away from action/drama shows altogether during their non-adult swim block. I can't think of a show that is currently airing that fits the action/drama description. The toy sales doesn't make any sense to me. There are many shows that currently air on Cartoon Network that have no toys associated with them. The cancellation of this show along with many others demonstrates their lack of commitment to more serious programming.
