Betty Banner is the wife of Bruce Banner, the Hulk. Edit
Current Status
It is unclear what is the exact status of Betty Banner. At one point she was thought to have been put in a permanent coma, then revived as an operative known as Mr. Blue who aided the Hulk. Preceding the Planet Hulk event it was revealed by Nightmare that he had been manipulating the Hulk for years. This retcon throws into question Betty's current status.
