    Veronica is determined to get Archie to be her valentine, so she inundates him with expensive gifts. Betty makes a play for Archie's heart by making boxes of her homemade chocolates appear in his locker at school. Betty puts an ad for Archie in the personals column of the local paper. Veronica appeals to Betty for help in ditching an unwanted suitor.
