@spiderbat87: Last time I checked he was arrested thanks to Luke Cage and Iron Fist but that was awhile ago and a clever martial artist like him can't be kept locked-up forever...
He was in Avengers: Initiative. No clue what happened to him after or if he's appeared, though.
If i'm not mistaken in the last issue he retires and goes to take care of his family.

I've never seen him beat any skilled characters but he's fought a few of them.Most notable Daredevil,Shang Chi,Black Widow and Night Thrasher.They all beat him but he gave them good fights.As far as his origin, he first appears in Daredevil as a villain but he's not really a villain he's more a victim of circumstance.He is Vietnamese and he remembers his family and the people in his village getting slaughtered.Once he became Bengal he came to America to get revenge on those soldier and one of them happened to be protected by Daredevil.Every time you seem him after that before Initiative he's still trying to avenge the deaths of his people so basically he's driven to do things that many would consider villainous because of what he saw in his youth.Basically having a family is why he stopped seeking revenge and technically became a hero.
