I'm not saying that he "will" be in the next Spider-Man movie, I'm just wondering if the clone saga would be an awesome plot for the next installment, just to make-up for the very badly-made Spider-Man 3..

Nah the clone saga would be too long and the stories too complicated for a 1 2-3 hour movie.

Well, I just thought that since they're making marvel movies that has a mix of the mainstream universe and the ultimate universe, they could make a very good movie, If they could properly execute it, like the script, the plot, the directing, the acting, etc..

And they could just get rid of the Gwen Stacy clone, I mean, she is still alive in the movie..

Spidey 3 didn't flop, its just us fans like to complain about every single little wrong detail. It's made 800 mil worldwide... which is 3rd all time in comic book movies... but behind Spidey 1 and 2.

Money's money though, I wouldn't turn down a role like Spidey even if they decided to make a movie about OMD... well maybe.. but I did read an interview by him that he said he didn't want to be known for just one role (spidey), but with how much Spidey 1 made he had to return.
