Bekka is a New God. She is Himon's daughter and the wife of Orion. Edit
In Superman/Batman issue #40, Bekka rescues Batman who is near death after brawling a mind-controlled Superman. She has phase shift powers which not only render her invisible but also she cannot be heard by anyone who is not phased with her; however it seems that when phased she (and whoever she is attached to) are still tangible as Batman's thought indicate that Superman may bump into them.
It also seems that either through technology or just through her biological makeup, Bekka has healing powers. When she rescues Batman she takes him to her father's laboratory on Tartaros, a dwarf planet turned into a battleship. Batman is placed in a stasis bed which heals his new and old injuries. When Bekka touches him, it also seems to have a healing effect on him.
Bekka has some emotional baggage and obsesses about why her husband Orion comes and goes. She feels abandoned by him. Batman is overcome with lust for her. He doesn't know if it's a power or genuine feelings but throughout issue #40 all he wants is to be close to her.
