The Evil That Men Do Lives On and On....

I dig how each of the different Before Watchmen titles have a different feel to them. The Rorschach series is going to be a grimy one.

The stories narration is told through Rorschach's journal. We get a rehash of his childhood (which we already knew about from the original Watchmen series), and we see Rorschach on the hunt for a twisted killer on the dirty streets of New York.

I've liked all of the Before Watchmen books. Some more than others. This is the one I've been looking forward to the most, and it so far delivered. Recommended!

This is the series in Before Watchmen that I have been waiting for and I wasn't let down. It was brilliantly written by Brian Azzarello who really seems to understand the character whilst putting his own mark on it, and it has shown my favourite artwork in the series from Lee Bermejo who's art work is just a masterpiece.The story starts the way it should, with an excerpt from Rorschach's journal. We see Rorschach torturing information out of some drug dealer who tells him the stash is in the sew...
