Becca Hillburn is a comic artist and freelance illustrator currently living in Nashville, TN. She has a MFA in Sequential Art from SCAD: College of Creative Careers, and a BS in Hypermedia from the University of New Orleans. She is skilled with a variety of media, but her favorites include watercolor and alcohol based marker rendering. When not working on illustration or comics, she's usually attending conventions, presenting panels, or updating her blog. Her hobbies mainly revolve around art and finding new inspiration. She enjoys testing and reviewing art supplies, going on sketch adventures, and volunteering her artistic knowledge in a variety of ways including teaching.
Her focus is kid friendly media. An example of which is her comic project, 7"Kara. She enjoys working for others, working on personal projects, and collaborating with other artists.
