(Quick Unprofessional Review)
So what happened after Batwoman and Batman started fighting? What happened to Kate Kane's sister? What happened with Director Bones and the DEA? Are we supposed to move on without a resolution to the big previous story?
Even though the writing was fine, I can't get past the major issues. The art actually was really good. I would even say it looks better than the previous artist on the book. I'm going to see where the next issue goes. 6/10
This is an issue that I've been both anticipating and dreading. The start of a new arc for Batwoman. After the circumstances surrounding Williams' and Blackman's leaving the series, I doubt that any true Batwoman fan was not apprehensive going into this issue.
